<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 76.5pt; text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry was again visited by the undersigned on 16/11/22 and it was observed as under:-</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The industry was not in operation during visit.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The industry has now repaired its APCD and the same is in operational condition. It has now installed stack height of 10 feet above roof level.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The industry has not installed Septic tank and has given false statement during visit. It has installed two concrete chambers in which domestic effluent is passed. The second chamber is working as a soakage pit.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The industry has installed fresh plantation at the front side of the industry.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The industry has not submitted any proposal regarding the disposal of empty barrels/containers of chemicals.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 76.5pt; text-align: justify;">In view of above, if approved,</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for short term period subject to suitable conditions and additional condition that it will inform in writing as and when it operates it machine so that air emission samples could be collected by the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be refused.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>Suitable amount of Environmental Compensation may be imposed to the industry for soakage pits and non-operational APCD.</p>
