| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The feasibility report attached by the unit mentions that the treated wastewater is discharged into the MC sewer, whereas, the unit has also attached a classification of area document from DTP, Rupnagar that the site falls in the mix land zone of the master plan which needs clarification regarding availability of sewer line in the area.
2. The HCF has attached undertaking that it has provided plantation in an area of 50 Gaj as per Karnal Technology; however, the same is not adequate for the disposal of 25 KLD effluent.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 3 days so that the application can be processed further. |
