| Clarification Note: |
The application of the Industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. Earlier, the industry had submitted its CA certificate dated 15.05.2017, wherein, total value of assets was mentioned as Rs. 30.50 lakhs. Now, the industry has uploaded a copy of CA certificate dated 07.03.2022, wherein, total value of assets have been mentioned as Rs. 64.68 lakh. As such, there is huge increase in value of assets of the industry, which needs clarification.
2. The industry has not uploaded a copy of stack emission sampling results carried out by approved laboratory.
As such, the industry is required to clarify regarding above within 03 days, so that further action may be taken in the matter, please.
