CTOW/Renewal/LDH2/2020/13458784 dated 14/12/2020 expired on 30/06/2022 & under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH2/2020/13458781 dated 14/12/2020 expired on 30/06/2022.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 4.65pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">It is intimated that the site of the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 15.11.2022 and it was observed that: -</span></p>

The cupola furnace was lying in dismantled condition.</span></p>

<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 24.7pt; margin: 0in 5.45pt .0001pt 4.5pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted for one year with usual conditions and special condition that the industry shall get air emission sample analyzed from Board’s Lab within one month. </span></p> |
