The Application of the Industry has been scrutinised and it is observed as under:
1. The industry has mentioned scale of the unit as “Small”, which is not correct.
2. As per the previous CTO granted to the industry, the industry has installed 03 boiler of capacity 4 TPH, 3 TPH and 1.5 TPH. Now, the industry has mentioned in the application that after expansion there shall be 04 boilers of capacity 4 TPH, 3 TPH, 6 TPH and 1.5. The industry is required to clarify regarding the same.
3. The industry is required to intimate the status of Environmental Clearance under EIA notification dated 14/09/2006, for expansion of the unit.
As such, the industry is required to clarify regarding above within 03 days, so that further action may be taken in the matter, please.
