CTOW/Fresh/RPN/2016/4163561 dated 21/10/2016 which was expired on 30/09/2017 for in an area of 9.36 acres (110 residential plots, 52 commercial sites and 1 nursery school) subject to suitable terms and conditions mentioned therein.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 &amp; Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for 110 residential plots and 52 commercial sites only <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>alongwith compliance of previous consent and CA certificate of Rs. 197.00 lakhs dated 21.10.2022. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">As per record file, the fee deposited by the unit under the Water Act, 1974 was adequate upto 30.09.2021. Now, the unit has deposited Rs. 73,500/- vide UTR No. MAHBH22290637558 dated 17.10.2022 under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. As such, the fee deposited by the unit under the Water Act, 1974 is adequate upto 31.03.2024 after deducting 600% penalty as per circular dated 29.10.2018.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Further, the unit was visited by the AEE of this office on 18.11.2022 and Sh. Harpreet Singh, Manager (Mobile No. 95926-62769) was contacted. The unit has provided underground pipeline upto the plantation area from the outlet tank of the STP. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>Further, as informed another 02 acres of land is available with the promoter company that will be converted to plantation area as and when the generation of effluent will increase.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">In view of above and the agenda generated, may if approved, it is recommended that short term consent to operate under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for 110 residential plots and 52 commercial sites may be renewed upto 30.09.2023 subject to the suitable conditions and following special conditions as under:</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify;
