<p style="text-align: justify;">The agenda note and report / recommendations of AEE/EE, RO, may kindly be perused.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved, it is recommended that fresh Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year subject to the suitable conditions along with special condition that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The industry shall obtain the registration under Plastic Rules, 2016 from Concerned Authority.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The industry shall not manufacture any carry bags or banned Single Use Plastic.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. The industry shall not install any water polluting process</p>
