<p class="MsoNormal">The project proponent is constructing the marriage palace hall and has not started construction of oil & grease trap followed by septic tank. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In view of the above, may if approved, it is recommended that the validity of consent to establish (NOC) to the marriage palace under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the establishment of marriage palace may be extended for one year subject to the suitable conditions and special condition that the marriage palace shall ensure compliance of Mechanism /Guidelines for Control of Pollution and Enforcement of Environment Norms at Individual Establishment and the Area /Cluster of Restaurants/ Hotel/ Motels/ Banquets etc finalized by the Board.</p>
