<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">If approved that CTO under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for one year subject to suitable terms and with additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">An additional condition may be imposed that </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1)The industry shall make sure that at any time it shall not discharge any treated/untreated trade effluent or throw hazardous waste anywhere inside/outside its premises.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">2) </span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN">The industry will not increase its production capacity beyond consented capacity without obtaining prior varied CTE/CTO of the Board.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3. In case of any violation action u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 will be initiated for closure of the project proponent without further notice.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may also be requested to visit the industry after three months to carry out a complete water balance audit, verify the mode of disposal and verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</span></p>
