<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> It is intimated that PP was earlier granted CTO the Water Act, 1974 dated 11/08/2019 validity up to 31/03/2022 for a Residential project having 236 flats and 9 shops for, domestic Effluent @ 128.0 KLD--After treatment in STP of capacity 150 KLD based on SBR technology for reused in flushing purpose for the green area within the project the remaining quantity of treated wastewater will be utilized onto land for irrigation developed as per Karnal technology in the area more than 1 Acre (8 Kanal and 19 Marle) with the main special condition that the promoter company will extend the agreement well before the expiry i.e. 30.04.2021.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now PP has applied for the renewal of CTO under the Water Act, 1974. But RO has not given comments on as under ;</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Whether the PP has made extended the agreement of land 1acre or not.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Whether PP has developed a plantation area of 1 acre as per karnal technology or not.</span></p>
