Further RO was directed to give bifurcation of the feed deposited by the industry alongwith penalty and the details of process emissions from the mixing & blending section has also not been commented upon. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;"> Now RO has reported that the industry has deposited Rs.50,400/- with the application for consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 consisting of Rs.25,800/- as consent fee under Water Act, 1974 upto 30.09.2024, Rs. 21,000/- as penalty fee for non applying till 20.10.2022 and Rs.3600/- as NOC regularization fee. The industry has also deposited Rs. 47,300/- with the application for CTO under Air Act, 1981 consisting of Rs.25,800/- as consent fee under Air Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2024, Rs. 21,000/- as penalty fee for non applying till 20.10.2022 and & Rs.500/- as form fee. The industry is engaged in manufacturing of liquid based thinners and paints involving cold mixing and blending processes only. There is no provision for hot mixing/ blending provided by the industry (i.e there is no boiler/heater/furnace installed). No visible process emissions were seen during visit from any of the processes.</span></p>
