<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;">Now, the project proponent has applied fresh Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Tractor Part / Components @ 1140000 Number/year along with requisite documents.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 4.66 crore on 31.03.2022. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 32,000/- vide UTR no. N301222181352289 dated 28.10.2022 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 23,100/- vide UTR no. N301222181482446 dated 28.10.2022 under Air Act, 1974. After deduction of late fees, NOC regularization, the consent fee under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 is adequate till 31.07.2024.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;">The project proponent has submitted GST certificate as proof of date of commissioning, as per which commissioning date is 18.05.2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;">The project proponent has submitted brief project report, as per which they will be generation of domestic effluent @ 8 KLD, which will be discharged into sewer for further treatment into STP. There is no generation of trade effluent. The project proponent installed DG set of adequate stack height provided with canopy.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;">The project proponent has submitted lease deed made on 12.07.2019 between M/s Mahakali Developers And Resorts Private Limited and Mr. Gurdev Singh Cheema & Mrs. Lakhvir Kaur.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The project proponent has submitted partnership deed between Mr. Gurdev Singh Cheema & Mrs. Lakhvir Kaur.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The project proponent has submitted approved building plan from the competent persons of Factory Act, 1948.</p>
