<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; margin: 12.0pt 0cm 10.0pt 0cm;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 26.38 lakh on 08.09.2022. The project proponent has deposited <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Rs. 40,100/- vide UTR no. BARBU22260353794 dated 17.09.2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The project proponent has submitted GST certificate as proof of date of commissioning, as per which date of commissioning is 01.07.2017. After deduction of late fees, NOC regularization fees, the consent fees under Air Act, 1981 is adequate upto 30.06.2027.</p>

The project proponent has not submitted approved building plan from competent person under Factory Act, 1948. The project proponent has not submitted completion certificate of APCD provided with paint booth. The industry has submitted GST certificate as proof of proprietorship. The industry has submitted feasibility report, as per which there is no generation of trade effluent from the process and the industry will install painting booth alongwith APCD for spray painting.</p>
