Gurpreet Singh, Prop. (8952000070). During visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>

The industry has submitted Consent to Operate fee under Water Act, 1974 vide receipt no. 535637359 dated 11.11.2022 amounting to Rs 54,500/-. The industry has submitted Consent to Operate fee under Air Act, 1981 vide receipt no. 965828120 dated 10.11.2022 amounting to Rs 64,800/-. The industry has submitted GST certificate as proof of commissioning as per which date of commissioning is 15.03.2022. The Consent to Operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 after deducting NOC regularization fee, late fee is adequate till 31.08.2026 under both acts.</span></p>

Wastewater generated from the proposed project will be treated in an ETP of 5 KLD.</span></p>

The domestic waste-water is disposed into JLPL sewer which is being further disposed into STP GMADA. JLPL is in process to install its own STP of 6 MLD at sector-82 which is yet to be installed.</span></p>

The JLPL industrial area is approved for setting up of green category industries only however it is submitted that the site of the project falls in commercial area as per zoning plan of Sector-66-A, 82 & 83, SAS Nagar, and establishment of Hotel/ Restaurant is permissible. Many such type of micro breweries are operating in District Mohali in various markets and commercial centres. These units have been granted consent to operate of the Board by the Board earlier. As such the site is suitable for setting up of micro brewery. Further, there is no industry for which specific guidelines have been laid down by the Board within the radius mentioned in the respective guidelines. There is no air polluting industry within a radius of 100 m from the boundary of the project site and there is no MAH industry within a radius of 250 m radius from the boundary of the proposed site.</span></li>
