| Clarification Note: |
On scrutnzing the application of the industry it is observed as under:
1) The industry in the application form has applied for hotel of 7 rooms, 2 party hall and a conference hall however in the water calculations it has mentioned 24 KLD waste-water generation which is the value which the industry has proposed from hotel of 24 rooms, 2 party hall, restaurant and a conference hall. It is requested to resubmit the water calculation.
2) The industry has not submitted building plans duly approved by the competent authority in compliance of special condition of NOC and in compliance of condition no. 3 of conversion of industrial plot granted by DTP.
3) The industry has not submitted completion certificate of ETP installed and dimensional drawing.
4) The industry has not mentioned proposal of in-situ management of bio-degradable solid waste generated from the hotel.
