<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As per record file of the Board, earlier consent to operate applied by the industry under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 stands refused. As such, the industry needs to apply fresh consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has again reapplied without removing complete observations due to which earlier application was returned i.e. as per record file of the Board, earlier consent to operate applied by the industry under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 stands refused. As such, the industry needs to apply fresh consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As such, the application be returned back being incomplete with the request to resubmit the same complete in all respects.</span></p> |
