<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The application has been scrutinized w.r.t. necessary documents required, in accordance with Board’s policy dated 30.04.2013 & found complete.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is recommended to forward the application to RO, FGS for verification of the proposal of the industry, carrying out field visit of the project site & submission of report/ recommendation on merits within 7 days. Furthermore, the RO be requested to specifically verify if the proposal of the industry in consonance with ‘Consent to Establish’ granted to the industry (especially w.r.t. land area as no land area was mentioned in the previous ‘Consent to Establish’ applications of the unit) & it has installed APCD as per the feasibility report given by PSCST to it and give comments on the same.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">P.S.: In case, any other supporting document is required by the visiting Officer in light of the site conditions / observations during the conduct of visit, the same may be obtained from the project proponent / industry through online clarification/ attachment of addendum before submission of recommendations to decide the application.</p> |
