<p style="text-align: justify;">It is informed that the SPV of electroplating units is LETS and M/s JBR Technologies Pvt. Ltd, is a CETP operator.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">However, in the recent scenario all the consents applications of the CETPs have applied and granted to the respective SPV.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The competent authority of the Board has decided that the consent / NOC be issued to the SPV i.e. M/s Ludhiana Effluent Treatment Society and not to the operator.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As such, the present application be returned with directions to reapply the application in the name of SPV i.e. LETS.</p> |
