Moreover, the hospital was earlier granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with special condition that the hospital shall submit building plan approved from M.C Jalandhar before 31.03.2022 but the hospital has not submitted the same.</span></p>
