<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that the industry was given personal hearing before Hon'ble Chairman of the Board on 10.11.2022. The draft of proceedings is attached for perusal and approval please.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved, it is recommended that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->The electricity connection of the industry is further temporarily restored for six months.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted for six months with special condition that the industry shall dispose off its effluent onto land for plantation in environmentally sound manner.</p> |
