<p>It is submitted that hearing was held before your goodself on 26.10.2022 and after hearing it was decided to visit the industry and check the compliances of observations raised during visit on 21.01.2022 and further to verify the SOPs of rice sheller. </p>

The height of wall is adequate as such the industry do not require wind screen of height 5 ft. </span></p>

No stagnation was provided within premises.</span></p>
