The major non-compliances in the subject cited application are relating to EC w.r.t. green area, CER etc. and the matter regarding less generation of APCD dust has already been reported by this office through e-noting under the violations of Hazardous and Other Waste (Management and Trans-boundary) Rules, 2016.</p>
