BARBP22088185419 dated 29.03.2022 as penalty fees) under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 38400/- vide online UTR No. BARBP22088186658 dated 29.03.2022 as NOC fees, Rs. 2,88,000/- (Rs. 2,11,200/- vide online UTR No. BARB20223222081833763 dated 22.03.2022 and Rs. 76800/- vide online UTR no. BARBP22088184330 dated 29.03.2022) (Rs. 67200/- vide online UTR No. BARBP22088185769 dated 29.03.2022 as penalty fees) under the Air Act, 1981 against fixed assets of Rs. 103.70 Crores dated 22.03.2022. Thus, the fee is adequate up to 31.03.2024 under the both acts.</span></p>

BARBT22298286976 dated 25.10.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Earlier, the industry was visited by AEE of this office alongwith scientific staff from Head Office, Lab on 25.03.2022 and one no. air emission sample was collected from the port hole of stack and as per the analysis report the concentration of SPM is observed 487 mg/Nm3, which is beyond the prescribed limits of 150 mg/Nm3 as prescribed by the Board. As such industry was afforded an opportunity of personal hearing before Chairman of the Board on 05.07.2022, in which it was decided as under-</span></p>

As per the analysis report, the concentration of various parameters is within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board (copy attached).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry has now applied for extension in validity of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS along with requisite documents. </span></p>
