<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Project proponent has earlier deposited fee which was adequate upto 30.09.2021 however the fee deposited was not as per circular dated 29.10.2018. Therefore the project proponent is required to deposit the arrear.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The project proponent was imposed special conditions that they shall provide STP as per the feasibility report submitted and shall made the STP operational by providing electric connection. What is the present status of STP? Whether the water meter and energy meter has been provided at the STP.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The previous consent was granted for discharge of domestic effluent @ 0.58kld. Whereas as per the agenda the project proponent has now apply for total discharge of domestic effluent @10kld kindly clarify.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Status of air consent also incorporate the details at point no. 10 of the agenda note.</p>
