<p class="MsoNormal">Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE and further, clarification given by AEE vide note dated 18/11/2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Now, the industry has installed STP of 10 KLD capacity for treatment of domestic effluent and has capitalized its assets into books, hence applied for earlier renewal of consents.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is therefore recommended that renewal of consent to operate be granted under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 to the unit upto 31/03/2027 with special conditions mentioned in the agenda note of AEE.</p>
