<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2023 with special condition that the industry shall take adequate steps to stop discharging their industrial effluent into municipal sewer, Ludhiana by 31.03.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The industry and the President alongwith all the directors of Punjab Dyers Association (Focal Point 40 MLD module) shall attend the hearing to be given shortly.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The proceedings of the hearing have been conveyed to the industry as well as PDA vide letter no. 5139-40 dated 21.11.2022.</span></p>
