<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">It is submitted that in earlier consents, the industry has installed 3 reactors and Consent to Operate was applied for 2 reactors only. Now, the industry has installed 4 reactors and the industry has applied for Consent to Operate for 2 reactors only. The CA Certificate in the previous consent is same as per the present consents, from which it is concluded that the industry has already installed the reactors.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">The industry has installed separate Wet scrubber as APCD and separate stacks of adequate height with both sets of reactors. The industry has today submitted valid bank guarantee in this office of Rs 1 lac which is valid upto 17/11/2023.</p>
