<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the industry has applied the varied CTO under the Air Act,1981 as installed additional Paint Booths. RO has reported that the industry has installed 04 paint booths along with APCD and 04 electric baking ovens on its premises, these were not in operation, no painting activities were observed to be carried out in open areas outside the paint booths, the industry has installed 02 of DG sets of the capacity of 500 KVA, which are provided with canopies, the site is suitable such type of expansion, the industry does comply with the provision of Air Act,1981.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved, varied CTO under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry up to 30.06.2023, subject to the suitable conditions and special conditions that</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> 1)The industry shall not carry out any painting activity in an open area outside the paint booths, on its premises.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2) <!--[endif]-->The promoter company shall not consume any fuel except HSD for DG set, for burning purposes without the prior written permission of the Board. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3) <!--[endif]-->In case the industry fails to comply with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, and/or any other environmental law applicable to the project and Rules, Circulars & Directions issued by the Board from time to time, action as deemed fit shall be taken against the industry.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may be requested to monitor the industry as per protocol framed by the Board, verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
