SAS Nagar.</span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Thereafter, the facility had previously applied CTE Focal Point Chanallon, Kharar, and the same was refused by the Competent Authority of the Board and it was decided that the Board cannot proceed further in the present case as the matter in larger purview is Sub-Judice before the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court. The Board cannot consider and grant NOC/ authorization to set up the facility at the new location for an enhanced capacity of 14.4 TPD. Shifting of the facility can be allowed only for the capacity for which the Board has granted consent to M/s Rainbow Environment Pvt. Ltd. at Village </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Balyali.</span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now Facility has again applied fresh CTE to set up the facility at the new location for an enhanced capacity of 14.4 TPD. The site is suitable for such type of project. </span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that setting up of a new cbwtf in the State shall be governed by CPCB guidelines-2016 as per which SPCBs have to carry out a gap analysis of the treatment capacity and send it to Moefcc. Now, a gap analysis may be carried out by a committee constituted by HO. The gap analysis report may yet be dealt with by the EPA cell.</span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved comments may be taken from EPA Cell regarding the gap analysis report before deciding the CTE applied by the PP.</span></p> |
