<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendations given by E.E, Regional Office.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Directions has been confirmed u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 vide no. 6670-71 dated 31/10/2022 alongwith PSPCL authorities also issued directions to disconnect the electricity connection. The industry has applied CTO under the Water ACt, 1974 and TDCO no. 38/81679 dated 18/11/2022. R.O has reported that the industry is complying with the Water Act, 1974.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">If approved, the following action may be taken as under:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">1)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted for six months with suitable conditions as proposed by E.E, Regional Office and additional conditions may also be imposed that E.E, Regional Office may also be requested to visit the site as per the protocoal framed by the Board to further restorization of electric connection to verify the compliance with the Environmental Laws and send report with recommendations.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">2)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>PSPCL may be issued amended directions to restore the electric connection for a period of six months u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981.</p> |
