CTOW/Fresh/MOG/2018/7292448 & CTOA/Fresh/MOG/2018/7291891 dated 13.04.2018 for operation of institute, valid upto 30.09.2022, respectively. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Now, the institute has applied for renewal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 with total strength of student @ 800 numbers. The detail of case is as under:</span></p>

No. 000663978392 dated 20.09.2022 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 42000 vide UTR / Ref. No. 000663976151 dated 20.09.2022 under the Air Act, 1981, which are adequate upto 30.09.2027 under both the Acts. </span></p>

In case promoter re-erects or construct new building within the existing premises. He has to get permission of Competent Authority for re-erection or for erecting new building by paying building scrutiny fees and CLU, EDC, LF for proportionate area of the new building."</span></em></p>

The institute has installed STP consists of Bar screen, oil & grease trap, equalization cum storage sump, aerations tank, tube settler/clarifier and 2 no. multimedia filters. All were in operation during the visit. One number effluent sample was also collected on 04.11.2022 from the outlet of STP and results received through Head Office Lab letter no. 24274-76 dated 18.11.2022 of the various parameters such as pH=8.2, TSS=18 mg/l, TDS=887 mg/l, BOD=14 mg/l, COD=52 mg/l, Oil & Grease=BDL mg/l are found within the prescribed limit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The institute has provided around 1.25 acre land for disposal of treated domestic effluent onto land for green belt/ plantation through PVC Network Pipes.</span></p>

Wet waste including foods waste, vegetable / food waste being lifted by the nearby piggery farms. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The institute </span><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">provided colored coded container and bio medical waste generation sources for segregation, further, the common room has been provided for storage of bio medical waste for handover to facility (M/s Medwaste Solutions Pvt. Ltd.)</span><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">. No bio medical waste was found mixing with the municipal solid waste. </span></p>

D.G. set of capacity of 125 KVA with canopy & stack of adequate height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The institute is complying with the conditions of consents granted to it under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 as well as the Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Further, no MAH industries located within 250 meters and no air polluting industries located within 100 meters radius of the institute.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be extended upto 30.09.2027 for operation of the institute with student strength capacity @ 800 numbers with suitable conditions alongwith specific conditions that: </span></p>
