<p>It is intimated that there are only 02 no. houses developed yet in the colony and solid waste generated by them is very minimum and is being disposed within colony premises. The CTE may be granted to the project proponent as per recommendation in my agenda note dated 18/11/2022 with the special condition that the project proponent shall develop compost pits and shall dispose its MSW in scientific manner before expiry of CTE.</p>
<p>Competency to decide the case is lying with SEE, ZO, ASR. </p> |
