Earlier, penalty was inadvertently calculated as 600%; however, the same is 500%. Further, the previous pending fee has now been considered as per latest office order dated 29.10.2018.</p>

The effluent is currently being treated in the multiple chamber collection tank being utilized as septic tank. The energy meter has been provided and a condition was already imposed for installation of water meter.</p>

However, now it has been recommended for 20 no. houses. The current construction and occupancy status has been mentioned in the note.</p>
