The Board vide office order no. SEE(HQ-2)/2021/64 dated 02.02.2021 has circulated the mechanism/guidelines for control of pollution and enforcement of Environment norms at individual establishments and the area/cluster of restaurants/hotels/motels/banquets for compliance by all the state holders.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">As per these guidelines, “<em>the standalone/seasonal Marriage Palaces shall continue to follow the policy already circulated by Board vide no. SEE(HQ-2)/2016/2665-64 dated 12.05.2016 and shall provide atleast a grit removal arrangement with oil & grease trap followed by septic tank of having adequate design to treat the effluent received</em>.”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">As the marriage palace is having maximum 500 no. capacity and it has provided oil & grease trap followed by common septic tank for treatment of waste water generated from kitchen & toilets. Thus, the marriage palace is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. </span></p> |
