<p style="text-align: justify;">In veiw of the agenda note submitted by the AEE, the unit may be granted Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 upto 30.09.2023 for <span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in;"> 110 residential plots and 52 commercial sites for discharge of 10 kld of effluent only subject to the suitable conditions and following special conditions as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The project proponent shall install water meter at the source of water supply as well as at inlet and outlet of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and shall maintain proper record for the same.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The project proponent shall ensure that no stagnation of wastewater or rainwater is caused anywhere inside or outside the colony.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The promoter shall provide in house arrangement and shall adopt suitable management system for collection, treatment and disposal of solid waste generated from the residential colony as per Municipal Solid Waste Rules, 2016.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The project proponent shall comply with the guidelines of Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA) issued for the abstraction of ground water from time to time.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The project proponent shall provide rainwater harvesting system for recharging of ground water.</span></p>
