<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that RO has reported that no significant vapors and odour were observed from the unit, which shows, the industry has now made compliance with the previous observations, and the industry is complying with environmental laws.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved CTO granted under the Air Act, 1974 may be renewed up to 30.06.2024, subject to the suitable conditions, and additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may be requested to monitor the industry as per protocol framed by the Board and verify the compliance hearing decision (1. The industry shall assure that the entire chemical reaction process will be carried out in airtight vessels/systems so as to ensure that the nature of the chemical reactions is not changed to ensure that no organic compound is formed)as well as with environmental law and send the report along with a recommendation.</span></p>
