The industry has submitted DTP letter vide no. 379 dated 05.05.2022, which it is mentioning that the site is falls in mixed land area as per master plan (2009-31) Hoshiarpur. The industry has submitted approved building plan from competent person. The industry has submitted copy of rend deed. The industry has deposited Rs. 14500/- under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 2900/- as NOC fee and Rs. 500/- application form fee vide UTR no.</span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">428830567 </span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">dated 07.03.2022, Rs. 14500/- vide UTR no. 191272752</span><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;"> </span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">dated 07.03.2022 under Air Act, 1981 against the CA Rs. 37.11 lac which is adequate to upto <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>30.06.2027.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: -.5in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Accordingly, the industry was visited by officers of this office on 19.11.2022 and observed that:</span></p>

There was no flow of effluent at its outlet, hence the effluent sample could not be collected.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The service station has installed DG set of capacity 65 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the period upto 30.09.2026 with suitable and special condition that:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">2. The industry shall submit effluent analysis report from the Board lab within 02 months. </span></p> |
