CTOA/Varied/PTA/2020/12119733 dated 30/01/2020, having validity upto 30/06/2025 for production of Rice Bran @ 0.10 T/Hour, Phuck @ 0.15 T/Hour & Rice Husk @ 0.66 T/Hour by processing of Rice (Saila/Steamed/Dry) @ 1.65 T/Hour, Rice (Steamed/Dry) @ 0.35 T/Hour & Rice @ 2.0 T/Hour as raw material under Red Category subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has also granted consent to establish (NOC) for expansion Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the CTOA/Varied/PTA/2021/16196871 dated 08/07/2021 vide no. CTE/Exp/PTA/2022/19019074 dated 06.07.2022, valid upto 05.07.2023 for manufacturing of Rice (Saila/Steamed/Dry) @ 2.65 T/Hour by using Paddy (For Saila/Steamed/Dry Rice) @ 4.0 T/Hour as raw material subject to conditions as mentioned therein. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for varied Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents. The industry had already deposited Rs. 10800/- vide Receipt no. 422004694 dated 11.11.2022 as consent fee on account of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 10800/- vide Receipt No. 24407389 dated 11.11.2022 as consent fee on account of Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Therefore, the total consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2024 against the fixed assets of Rs. 536.53 lakh as on 25.10.2022 as per CA certificate dated 26.10.2022 submitted by the industry. The industry has submitted compliance report of previous consent conditions earlier granted to it. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 01.08.2022. During visit, it was observed as under: </span></p>

Notification no. 10/48/2004-STE (4) /932 dated 15/10/2013 and the conditions of NOC expansion granted to it.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 130%; mso-list: l0 level3 lfo3; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 0in 0in 3.0pt 63.0pt;"><span style="mso-bookmark: _GoBack;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">b.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall provide proper rice husk storage facilities inside the factory premises and the height of brick wall in front of the discharge point of rice husk area should be at least 10' high or 3.5' higher than the discharge point of the rice husk pipe (whichever is more) and the length of aforesaid brick wall should be at least 35' on each side of the rice husk discharge pipe.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 130%; mso-list: l0 level3 lfo3; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 0in 0in 3.0pt 63.0pt;"><span style="mso-bookmark: _GoBack;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">c.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall provide a layer of wind screen of mild steel or some other similar material of at least 5'height above the brick wall. The wind screen system should have a porosity of ~30% to lower the wind velocities, thus reducing the amount of airborne particulate from storage, handling and loading / unloading areas of rice husk.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 130%; mso-list: l0 level3 lfo3; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 0in 0in 3.0pt 63.0pt;"><span style="mso-bookmark: _GoBack;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">d.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The minimum diameter at the outlet of discharge pipe of rice husk be kept as 15'' which can be maintained by extending the existing discharge pipe with the help of a conical shaped pipe of at least 3' length.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 130%; mso-list: l0 level3 lfo3; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 0in 0in 3.0pt 63.0pt;"><span style="mso-bookmark: _GoBack;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">e.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Wherever the height of rice husk is 3' or more, the industry shall cover the heap of husk with HDPE warp knitted fabric completely, except the area near the discharge pipe. The HDPE warp knitted fabric be made of 100% virgin high density polymer of at least 70 gm/m2 weight having 40-45 hole/inch2 to prevent wind blowing of stored husk. </span></span></p>
