<p>It is recommended that the validity of consent to establish (NOC) granted to the marriage palace under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be extended for one year subject to previous conditions and special condition that the marriage palace shall ensure compliance of Mechanism /Guidelines for Control of Pollution and Enforcement of Environment Norms at Individual Establishment and the Area /Cluster of Restaurants/ Hotel/ Motels/ Banquets etc finalized by the Board.</p>
