<p><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is therefore recommended that validity of CTO under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, be renewed to the industry upto 30/09/2023 subject to above proposed conditions. <br /></span></p>
