The brick kiln was earlier visited by officers of RO on 11.06.2022 and reported that the brick kiln was in operation during visit and is using unauthorized fuel i.e carbon powder mixed with coal in its kiln which is a serious violation. It is recommnded that EC of suitable amount as per best judgenmnetal assessment be imposed on the BKO for using illegal fuel and temporary restoration for 6 months as proposed by RO be allowed please. </span></p> |
