<p>Sir, the HCF has got treated effluent analyzed from the NABL approved lab namely M/s Industrial Testing Laboratory and Consulting House Patiala on 24/09/2022. Copy of sample testing report and NABL approval certificate of Lab is attached. In view of the above, if approved, it is recommended that the fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the HCF up to 31.03.2024 subject to suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and special condition that the HCF shall get its treated effluent analyzed from the Board'sLab/Baord's approved lab for all the parameters prescribed by the PPCB/CPCB.</p> |
