The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The applicant is requested to clarify whether the machinery installed on the premises belongs to M/s Neff appliances or M/s Guru Kirpa texfab.
2. The proof of date of commissioning is to be specified and the consent fee is to be deposited accordingly.
3. The Documents regarding the designation of the area and Manufacturing process flow chart are not submitted.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be taken. |
