| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The applicant has not submitted Completion certificate of furnace of capacity 7 TPH.
2. The site plan submitted by the industry is not clear and doesn’t clearly mention the location of both the furnaces and plantation area for disposal of treated domestic effluent.
3. The industry has not submitted Air emission sample report from Board’s lab and connected load of APCD.
The applicant is requested to submit the fresh site plan and clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be taken.
