<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that now the industry has installed wet scrubber as APCD with the annealing bhattis alongwith stack of height more than 10 feet adjoining the premises. The site was visited 02 times but same was found not in operation. The complainant Sh. Harjeet Singh was also contacted telephonically, and he informed that presently he is satisfied.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The efficacy of APCD shall be checked, as and when the industry shall be operated.</p>
