<p>It is submitted that:</p>
<p>1. in the last CTO granted to the industry, a special condition was imposed to the effect that the industry shall get both environmental audits completed within 01 month from TIET team. In this regard, the matter was discussed with the industry as well as Dr. Anup, TIET and it was informed that the team from Thappar has sumitted the report in Head Office, Patiala and has not shared the same with the industry as well as this office. As such, the matter is required to be taken up at ZO level to get the report, so as to check the compliance status of the industry.</p>
<p>2. As per Board's office order no. 382 dated 16.11.2022 regarding Envionmental Survelliance campaign, visit of17 category industries are to be accompanied by concerned CEE or SEE. As the industry is R-17 unit and for processing CTO application, the unit is required to be visited. As such, suitable date and time of worthy CEE or SEE for visit to the site of the industry is requested.</p>
<p>In view of above, the application may be sent to ZO-1, Patiala for taking action w.r.t. both points, please.</p> |
