<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">The industry was issued show cause notice for violation of Water Act, 1974 and cancellation of Air Consent as well as violations of HWM Rules, 2016.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">But, it has not submitted any reply. Further action in the matter will be taken through said e- noting.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">It is recommended that present application of the industry may be refused. </span></p>
