As such, the Marriage Palace is required to install STP as per the </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">Office Order no. SEE (HQ-2)/2021/64 dated 02.02.2021.</span> In view of the note of RO, Rupnagar, the marriage palace is compliance with the provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As decided in the meeting of worthy Chairman with the representatives of Marriage Palaces, the consent may be granted to the partially complying Marriage Palace for six months.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Therefore, may if approved, the Marriage Palace be granted consent to operate under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for six months with suitable conditions please.</p>
