<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that PP has applied partially varied under the Air Act, 1981 for the operation of 400 flats out of a total of 504 flats.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">RO has reported that the PP has installed 02 DG sets provided with a canopy, the pp is complying with various terms & conditions of earlier consent granted & has complied with the earlier observations of the previous visit.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved CTO under Air Act, 1981 may be granted up to 31.03.2025 subject to suitable conditions as per earlier consents granted by the Board. A special condition may be imposed that </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1)The PP shall install the smog gun in the present with immediate effect.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2) The promoter company shall not consume any fuel except HSD for DG set, for burning purposes without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
