<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is intimated that the project proponent was earlier granted 'Consent to establish' (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/SAS/2022/17164044 dated 06/01/2022 having validity upto 05/01/2023 for the establishment of Residential Plots @155 Numbers/Day and Commercial Plots @15 Numbers, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the project proponent has applied for extension of validity of Consent to Establish/ NOC under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, alongwith requisite documents and fees.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent was earlier deposited the cost of the project is about Rs 26.06/- crore and deposited NOC fee of Rs 126000.00/- with UTR No. N281211666652386 dated 10.08.2021 as NOC fee, which is adequate upto 30.09.2026.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted a request letter which is reproduced as under:</span></p>

Farms Pvt. Ltd (project -the Gateway A & A Greens), SAS Nagar Mohali, Derabassi, SAS Nagar-140103 is under construction for Residential Plots:155 No' s, Commercial Plots: 15 No's and NOC will be expired on 05/01/2023.</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 0in 27.0pt .0001pt 1.0in;"><em><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Due to non availability of construction material in market, we could not complete our project within stipulated time as per conditions mentioned in NOC for completion of project.</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 0in 27.0pt .0001pt 1.0in;"><em><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">In light of above mentioned facts, your good self will see that M/s D.B. Farms Pvt. Ltd (project - the Gateway A & A Greens) is trying its level best to comply with the prescribed norms under air and water act. We are law abiding citizens and committed to protect our environment. We request you to grant us the consent to establishment extension for two years.</span></em><em><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> ”</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project site was visited by AEE of this on 21/11/2022 and it was observed that:</span></p>

But no one residential houses finishing work completed yet and no family is residing in the colony.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In view of the above, it is recommended that the 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) under the Water (</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Prevention<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 </span>may<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> be extended upto </span>four years (i.e. 30.09.2026.) of the plotted development of Residential/ Housing Project (i.e. Plots-155 & commercial shops @15) for with s<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">uitable conditions and special condition that:</span></span></p>
